Outpatient Programs & Geriatric Assessments

Contact the insurance provider for specific coverage information, including criteria, deductibles and copays.

Some of the specialty programs are funded by grants, and there is no cost for participation in the program. The program representatives will discuss the specific details with you.

Some centers, physician offices, and hospitals offer free help with Insurance. Contact the Senior Health Insurance Information Program or APPRISE for more information.
