Long-term Care Capitated Assistance

The Long-term Capitated Assistance Program (LTCCAP) is a waiver program for individuals 60 years and older, who have benefits under both Medicare and Medical Assistance. The U.S. Department Public Welfare directly manages the program, and aims to bring participants to a day center for care. The provider is paid on a Capitated basis for all-inclusive care.

Commercial Insurance

Managed Care Insurance
Managed care insurance companies identify their “network” health systems; contact their representatives to discuss how that may impact reimbursement. LTCCAP is not covered under managed care insurance; it is a Medicare and Medical Assistance Waiver Program.

U.S. Veteran's Benefits
