Leadership in Long-Term Care Training Program Also know as the 3 Peas Heretofore Not in a Pod training series, this annual program takes a novel approach to interdisciplinary education. Designed to promote improved quality of nursing home care, the program requires the medical director, director of nursing, and nursing home administrator to participate together as a team to develop more effective nursing home leadership.
